Customer Service Preparation is an interactive online course designed for individuals interested in learning more about the Customer Service Industry in Canada. The course has 8 modules. Please click HERE to view course outline.

-Dealing with difficult customers and situations
-Representing your Company
-Improving your listening skills
Please note: Participants can complete the course modules during any time of the day. 1-2 hours/day are required to complete each module.
A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion.
