Are you planning to work in a field that requires you to work directly with clients or customers?  Then you would be interested in taking our online Customer Service Preparation Course.  In this course you will learn the skills necessary to work on a daily basis with people either in person or over the phone.  After completing the course you will receive a Certificate of completion which you can include as training on your resume. To take the online course, create an account and then you will be contacted by our staff with the information that you will need.

Customer Service Preparation is an interactive online course designed for individuals interested in learning more about the Customer Service Industry in Canada.  The course has 8 modules. Please click HERE to view course outline.

In the course, you will learn and explore:

  • Sector specific terminology workplace communication skills
  • How to deal with difficult customers and situations
  • Telephone skills
  • Representing your Company
  • Improving your listening skills

Participants can complete the course modules during any time of the day. 1-2 hours/day are required to complete each module.

A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion of the course including participation in discussions and completing assignments.
